 | | We normally supply our own cleaning products. In a case where you would |
| | rather we use something of yours, you can simply fill out a "Liability form" and
we'll soon purchase the same product for our "must haves".

| | We leave a "checklist" each time we are at your home with a cleaning so you are |
| | assured that all checked off items have been taken care of. If ever you would
rather customize a checklist, just for your home, we welcome the help! A new
"checklist" will accompany your cleaning team with each cleaning visit.

| | Client feedback is NOT ignored! If we don't have the opportunity to speak with |
| | you when we call to remind you about your cleaning appointment, we'll place
"follow up" calls to make sure you are happy with your services. Most
importantly, we'll act upon your feedback...you will NOT be ignored.

| | We are still proudly operated and owned by the original "2 Moms". You'll meet |
| | the "2 Moms" during an estimate appointment and you may even have one of
the "moms" at your home during a scheduled cleaning.

| | You can pay for your services by either Cash, Check, or Credit Card.

| | Refer a friend or your place of work and a 10% discount will be applicable on |
| | your next scheduled cleaning.

| | We have client references and like to show off...Just ask for us to either e-mail |
| | or call you with contact information. Once we get permission from our client
references, we'll send them your way.

| | We CAN send you a brochure with our average fees before visiting your home- it |
| | is only fair that you know whether or not we can fit into your budget.
